RI-Solution Data GmbH

As a 100% subsidiary of RWA AG, RI-Solution Data GmbH (RIS) is the internal IT service provider for the RWA Group and a key IT service provider in the Raiffeisen Warenverbund.
 
With around 90 employees, RIS supervises more than 70 customers and 4,500 end users domestic and abroad. The core business includes the areas of hardware trading, IT operations, application support and consulting / project management.
A wide range of nearly  1,000 service contracts (SLAs) are offered, 500 to 700 workplaces are equipped with new hardware year by year and more than 100 applications are under managed.
 
Main focus in the next few years is the support of RWA Digitalization Initiative and the rollout of unified, standardized digital solutions, IT operations and project and process management in the RWA Group and its Retail Sector.
Efficient, automated and digital processes as well as leveraging synergies between the trade levels will represent a decisive competitive advantage for the Raiffeisen Warenverbund in the next years.
