Our facilities offer a range of possibilities for enjoying a relaxed lunch hour. We offer a meal allowance for an inexpensive and healthy midday break.
 
In addition to workshops and trainings in the areas of health and sport we and our central employee council offer the opportunity to take advantage of massages, health checks, flu jabs and further treatment and advice from our company doctors.
 
Our central employee council enters into agreements with a range of retail partners in order to offer our employees a wide variety of special conditions.
 
Whether participating in a running event, enjoying a wonderful skiing day, trying out a new sport or visiting an exhibition – our RWA Aktiv Programm warmly welcomes our employees to experience more, together.
 
Our suggestion box is the point of contact for employees who would also like to make a contribution beyond their area of responsibility. Each employee has the opportunity to put forward constructive ideas, suggestions for improvements, innovations and any other wishes.

If considered necessary for operational reasons our employees have access to a broad range of training and educational opportunities.

Two company doctors look after your health. These are available to address medical issues and carry out seasonal inoculations and regular eye tests.
 
In special cases we support situation-specific coaching.
The RWA Campus is located close to Vienna, in Korneuburg. You can reach the Campus via rapid transit or by couple of regional trains, e.g. from train station Floridsdorf are in Korneuburg within 10 minutes. Our office is situated only a few minutes walk from the station. Moreover there is a bus (line 2) between station and RWA Campus. If you come by car you take exit „Korneuburg Ost“. The Campus address is Raiffeisenstraße 1.
 
At Christmas, employees receive Lagerhaus vouchers for their individual use as a sign of our appreciation.
